We will gladly honor a lower price from another American online store, given the items being compared are exactly alike. In order to match a lower price, it must be brought to our attention at the time the order is placed, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
Sales Tax
No sales tax will be charged to delivery locations within the USA, as we are located in the state of Oregon.
Backorder Policy
Occasionally, due to high demand, some of our products may be backordered for a period of time. In the case of a backorder, you will be notified immediately of the expected ship date of that item. No charge will be incurred until your order is available to ship. All backorders will ship promptly unless the order has been cancelled.
In order to cancel an order, please send us an email requesting cancellation to sales@theknobmarketplace.com.
You will receive an email confirming cancellation, providing the item has not shipped. If your order has already shipped, please refer to our return policy for further instructions.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
The Knob Marketplace is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it, in its original condition and packaging, for a refund, exchange or store credit within 14 days of receipt of the item.
Simply call us within 14 days of receipt of the item and we will give you a return authorization number, which is valid for 10 business days. Once we receive your return, we will issue you a credit.
If we receive your return without a Return Authorization Number, after the allotted 10 business day window has passed, or if we find that the merchandise has been used, your merchandise will be sent back to you at your expense. We encourage you to send all returns via insured mail for protection against loss or damage.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, and the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping costs as outlined on our Customer Care page in the Shipping Information section.
Hand painted, personalized, custom designed knobs and all other "made-to-order" items require payment in full upon order and cannot be returned. Items that are "made to order" and "non returnable" are identified as such in the product description which will state "this item is custom made especially for you upon order." If you wish to cancel a custom order, you may do so within 2 business days of your original order date.
Occasionally, returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you.
